Fruit Pani Poori




     The moment we hear about Pani Poori we can’t control ourselves to try that. Its mouth watering & very famous road side snack around India. Pani Poori is also known as Phoochka, Cup Chup & Golgappa in various region of India.

     The word Pani Poori means seasoned water (with the help of sweet tamarind chutney, pani poori masala, jalzeera, & ragda) in small hollow fried round breads. The main stuffing changes according to regions in India, some places we use khara boondi, ragda, potato stuffing & etc. Pani Poori has large demand throughout the year around India & especially in Metro Politian cities such as Mumbai, Chennai, Calcutta, Delhi, & etc. Specially ladies & teenagers are very fond of Pani Poori. These is found in busy places such as Markets, Sea shores, Restaurants & nowadays it is available in Big Malls due to its demand. We will rarely find a person in India who has not tried Pani Poori in his/her entire life.

     So by keeping this in mind we are going to make Pani Poori but not in traditional way. We will be doing some fruity changes in making Pani Poori. Instead of using seasoned water & ragda stuffing, we ll make pani poori with help of fruits & fruit juices.

Ingredients:
Apple: 1 no.
Plum: 1 no.
Orange Juice: 200 ml                                                                         
Pineapple Juice: 200 ml
Apple Juice: 100ml
Fresh Mint: Few sprig
Chaat Masala: according to taste
Poori: 1 pkt

Recipe:
1.       First mix all juices in bowl add crushed mint leaves in it.
2.       Add chaat masala according to taste.
3.       Cut the plums & apples in small pieces
4.       Take poori add chopped fruit & seasoned fruit juice in it & have it.

This is the simple way of having different kind of Pani Poori, but one thing is for sure that you will love it.
